As a Business Sales Development Executive with Postis, you will be at the forefront of our go to market efforts, identifying those companies in need and the best ways in which our services can help them to improve their supply-chain, distribution and delivery, and grow their business.

 

What you will do

  • The Postis value proposition is the best kept secret that this market needs to hear. Once you “peel back the layers” of it, we need you to tell it.
  • Your focus will be to identify companies that need to improve their supply-chains, distribution and delivery processes and build a pipe of prospect customers for our company
  • You will reach those companies, develop a strong relationship and consult them in their effort to improve their business through the use of digital platforms, supply-chain data, automation and machine learning
  • Together with our Product Development Team, you will tailor the best suited solution for each customer according to their objectives, industry or business complexity
  • You will partner closely with the Customer Success Management Team to ensure a smooth on-boarding for new customers and make sure that their business objectives are well served
  • Your success will be measured through the number, size and contract value of new customers that will join the Postis Community
  • You will cover mainly the Romanian market

 

Skills that we look for

  • 3-5 years of experience with proven results in consultative sales, preferably in high-techs (services, software or consultative environment) or logistics (e-commerce shipping and fulfillment solutions)
  • A passionate pipeline creator, as prospecting and opening new business opportunities is part of your daily process to grow your network and our business
  • A confident communicator, comfortable to speak and relate at any customer level, from executional to C-level
  • Creative in finding solutions, logic in decision making, independent in approach, resilient in work, free in spirit, focused and driven by your own success and our growth as a team and business
  • Fluent in business English, proficient in computers and presentation tools
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
