A startup always is born from the need to solve a problem in a way which never existed before. Nevertheless, great ideas, transformational ideas, disruptive ideas are not everything. In order to grow and become viable businesses, they need a certain type of people: curious enough to learn all their life, stubborn enough to overcome the big challenges that may occur, enthousiastic enough to attract other people to join the team, business focused enough to convince customer to adopt change and investors to believe the idea is worth their money. And most of all, to accept that, until proven successful, they need to make their business survival the number one priority of their career.
